Our customers voluntarily took the survey, pitting themselves against the finest of their peers. They rose to be among the Top 65 from a body of 1200 Hospitals. The benchmarks for 2010 consisted of standards for high risk procedures, using computer physician order entry, providing adequate physician and nursing staff, adhering to the National Quality Forum’s appropriate protocol and policies along with advancement in preventing infections and implementation of procedures for managing serious medical errors.
