FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTION 1: HOW DO I LOGIN TO TRACKCORE?

ANSWER 1: Each of our customers have a distinct web site address that they use in order to login.  The first thing you should do is look for a shortcut on your desktop for TrackCore.  Double click that shortcut to get started.  If you can’t find a TrackCore shortcut, navigate to your hospital’s Intranet where your other software programs are listed, and see if you can locate TrackCore there.  If you are still unable to locate the shortcut, you should contact your TrackCore system administrator in order to determine what your website address is.  If you don’t know who your system administrator is, you can contact the TrackCore support team (here).  If they can verify you as a user they will provide you with your website address, however, if they cannot, they will let you know who the TrackCore system administrator is so you can contact them and have them verify you as a user.

QUESTION 2: HOW DO I GET HELP OR SUPPORT USING TRACKCORE?

ANSWER 2: There are numerous ways for existing users to learn more about TrackCore’s functionality.  One option is to login to TrackCore and use the help page to review the various Quick Reference Guides and User Manuals.  Just click on the question mark at the top of the screen to see the options.  Another option is to contact our support team.  While on the Help & Documentation screen, you will find the options for contacting TrackCore Support.  You can also submit a support ticket right from this website.  You must be a registered user in TrackCore in order to receive support from our support team.

QUESTION 3: HOW DO I RECEIVE TRAINING ON TRACKCORE?

ANSWER 3: Our training approach is to train the trainer.  Talk to a hospital designated TrackCore system administrator to find out who from your facility can teach you the TrackCore functionality as it relates to your roles and responsibilities. If that system administrator determines that internal training is not an option, contact our support team and request training.  Our Customer Success Manager will then contact you directly and discuss training options, such as webinar training.
